Leaders set the lid.
Leaders determine the heights you can reach.
Leaders set the tone.
Leaders determine the pace.
Leaders influence the culture.

And invariably either set a limit over your life or act as enablers for reaching unimaginable heights.
And this is why leadership must not be trivialized.

And why leaders must see their roles as a generational mandate that goes beyond titles or accolades.

Leadership is truly the pipeline of human and destiny development, enablement and sustainment because leaders place their imprints on our lives and determine many of our critical decisions and actions.

So, please –

Do not trivialize leadership.
And if you are a leader, put more emphasis on discovering, learning and elevating your leadership capability and potential.
