This new book, “Twenty-One plus Questions” captures some questions that today’s job seekers should explore, consider, master and ask during their respective interview processes.

This book was specifically written for new graduates, job seekers and many in transition. This book highlights some insightful questions to ask during the interview process and as anecdotal evidence suggests certain candidates distinguish themselves by asking great questions. It is absolutely accurate therefore that the ability to ask thoughtful, insightful and engaging questions  during a job interview is one way to show one’s aptitude, personality, and capability.

I highlighted some of the insightful questions to ask during the interview process because asking the right questions is one way to demonstrate a can-do attitude and aptitude. The undeniable reality is that engaging candidates who ask questions leave a great impression and probably stand a greater chance of a second interview or getting the job outright.
